At the same time, in view of the work needs of enterprise compliance in the pilot of standardization of non prosecution and non penalty punishment measures in the hospital, the spring application society of Xiangcheng District procuratorate invited the first national excellent public prosecutor, national procuratorial business expert, national procuratorial theory research talent, the lecturer group of the supreme people's Procuratorate and Professor Yin Ji of the Law School of Southeast University to give lectures to the police of the whole hospital.

Since 2015, he has taught (Criminal Law) in the Law School of Southeast University, served as the director of the civil procuratorial research center of Southeast University of the research base of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (intersection of criminal and people, criminal affiliated public interest litigation, etc.), and the deputy director of the anti-corruption and rule of law research center of the key research base of philosophy and social sciences of Jiangsu Province, Member of the expert advisory committee of the people's Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Professor Yin Ji first started from the contribution of Suzhou procuratorial to the national procuratorial work, then combined with the historical evolution, typical cases and value functions of enterprise compliance, analyzed some problems of procuratorial organs participating in enterprise compliance governance, and put forward his own unique opinions on how Xiangcheng procuratorial work related to enterprise compliance. Finally, Professor Yin also answered questions and dispelled doubts about the problems encountered by police officers in handling cases.

Professor Yin Ji's vivid and detailed explanation, humorous language and unique and profound insights won bursts of applause from the police present.
