In order to further implement the spirit of Xi Jinping's rule of law and the Central Conference on comprehensively administering the country according to law, we should carry out the work of the Party committee of the Ministry of education to promote Xi Jinping's rule of law into teaching materials, into the classroom and into the mind, and effectively incorporate Xi Jinping's rule of law in the University's rule of law theory teaching system, so as to improve the level of education and teaching of law major teachers. We completed the training work of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of education for the teachers of law major in the national universities. Our school and the Party committee and teachers' working department jointly organized law teachers to participate in the activities of Xi Jinping's lecture hall on rule of law. From May 28 to July 14, all 61 teaching staff of our college completed the training task.

According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of education, this training activity consists of two parts. The first part is the launching ceremony of the lecture hall of Xi Jinping's rule of law held by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of education in Beijing in the afternoon of May 28th. Secretary Mao Huixi, deputy secretary and vice president Liu Qichuan, Professor Gong Xianghe, Professor Ouyang Benqi and relevant teaching responsible comrades of our college attended the launching ceremony of this training through webcast in the mock court of the Law School of Jiulong Lake campus. Xi Jinping have both ability and political integrity in the process of launching a comprehensive rule of law. Schools of law should pay close attention to the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law, and teachers of law major should fully cover learning, carry out original research, and do well in integrated teaching.

The second part is a two-week online training. According to the curriculum logic of close integration of theory and practice, the training course has 13 special lectures, which include Introduction to Xi Jinping's rule of law thought, Dialectics of Xi Jinping's rule of law thinking, adhering to the party's leadership over the overall rule of law, and adhering to the people centered approach. Instructors who adhere to the rule of law path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adhere to the rule of law in accordance with the constitution, etc. In terms of teacher arrangement, famous experts and scholars such as Professor Zhang Wenxian, director of the academic committee of the China law society, Professor Xu Xianming, chairman of the law education steering committee and vice chairman of the supervision and judicial committee of the National People's Congress, were invited to give special lectures. In terms of training methods, make full use of the information teacher training platform of the Ministry of education, through live lectures, recording and playback, combined with students' self-study, departmental offline communication and discussion and other forms. Under the guidance of the leading experts in China, the teachers in our institute read the original work, learn the original text and understand the principle comprehensively, systematically and thoroughly, and studied comprehensively the Xi Jinping's rule of law thought. The teachers unanimously agreed that they would do well in the transformation of academic knowledge and integrate Xi Jinping's rule of law thought into the teaching and learning of professional courses, thus becoming a professional interpreter of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought. The implementation of its core meaning and work requirements to the whole process and links of the rule of law personnel training has become an active practitioner of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought. Through this special training, the Party committee of the college requires all teachers to make a coherent study of Xi Jinping's legal thoughts, to integrate knowledge, practice and belief, and to constantly improve the teaching level of law courses, and to make greater contributions to the cultivation of China's socialist legal talents with moral and legal characteristics.
