According to the notice on publicizing the list of new doctoral tutors and doctoral tutors majoring in clinical medicine of Southeast University in 2021 issued by our university on July 8, 2021, which was discussed and approved by the degree evaluation sub committee and reviewed by the expert evaluation group of our university, our university has added 4 doctoral tutors this time, and Associate Professor Liu Qichuan has been added as our full-time doctoral tutor, Professors Shen Wei, Han Shiyuan and Liu Changqiu served as part-time doctoral tutors of our college.

Associate Professor Liu Qichuan, the full-time doctoral tutor added by our college this time, is the discipline direction of administrative law, focusing on the research on the two major issues of traffic rule of law and the list of rights and responsibilities. He has published more than 20 papers in legal authorities such as Chinese law, Chinese and foreign law, clsci, CSSCI and other journals, and has been copied by people Administrative law, academic abstracts of Liberal Arts in Colleges and universities, people's Court Daily, etc. were reprinted for 8 times.

The three part-time doctoral tutors added by our college are Professor Shen Wei, Professor Han Shiyuan and Professor Liu Changqiu. Professor Shen Wei is currently a distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor of Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University. His main research fields include international investment law, corporate governance, financial regulation and international commercial arbitration. He has published more than 10 works, participated in 36 works and published more than 200 academic papers in English and Chinese. Professor Han Shiyuan is currently the doctoral supervisor of the school of law of Tsinghua University. He is mainly engaged in the research of civil law and Comparative Private Law. He has successively published more than 10 works such as general theory of contract law and contract law, and published more than 100 Essays (Translations) at home and abroad. Professor Liu Changqiu is currently the doctoral supervisor of the school of Marxism of Shanghai University of political science and law. He is mainly engaged in the study of inner-party laws and regulations and life law. He has successively published nearly 400 academic papers and articles, more than 10 independent and co-author and more than 20 participation.

The addition of four doctoral tutors in our college this time brings a favorable opportunity for the steady improvement of our overall academic strength and adds power to the cultivation of doctoral students in our college. The talent construction mode of doctoral tutors focusing on full-time and part-time is of great significance to promote the construction of law discipline, improve the academic level of postgraduates and enhance academic influence.
