The lecture was presided over by sun Jianbao, deputy director and chairman of the partner meeting of Shanghai jingyulin law firm and vice president of Jinglin criminal defense college. Hundreds of lawyers listened to the lecture online and offline.

In the more than three hour lecture, Professor Chen Hongbing focused on the key points of criminal defense of economic crimes, and discussed the crime of producing and selling fake and shoddy products, crime of smuggling This paper discusses 15 key economic crimes, such as the crime of credit card fraud and the crime of falsely issuing special invoices for value-added tax. Professor Chen also put forward his own unique thoughts and opinions on the amendments to the crimes of defrauding loans, bill acceptance, financial bills, illegally absorbing public deposits, counterfeiting registered trademarks and occupation in the amendment to the criminal law (11) from the aspects of legislative background, purpose, comparison between old and new articles and the application of the revised law.
