On the morning of September 18, 2021, the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court organized a mock court trial and held a seminar to send off the seventh batch of legal interns who had successfully completed their six-month internship. Associate Professor Liu Qichuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the College, attended the meeting as the representative of the leadership of the law school of the partner university, and Mo Fan, a master's student of 2019, attended the meeting as the seventh batch of legal interns and received the honorary certificate of Excellent Legal Intern issued by the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court.

The meeting was presided over by Vice President Wang Guoxian, a member of the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court. Vice President Sun Changshan read out the Decision of the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court on Recognizing the Seventh Batch of Outstanding Legal Interns and Internship Competent Persons from Universities in the Circuit, and the leaders of the court awarded the internship certificates to the interns.

In the exchange speech session, Mo Fan, a master student of our school, spoke as the representative of the seventh batch of legal interns, vividly and comprehensively showing the rich internship experience of participating in trial work, litigation service and cultural and sports life in the Third Circuit through the video form, combining book knowledge and trial practice through the words and teachings of the presiding judges, deepening the understanding of judicial trial work and expanding the study of applied jurisprudence.

After that, the representatives of the presiding judge and the judge's assistant both fully affirmed the performance of the interns in their speeches and hoped that the interns could work harder in the future and contribute their strength to the cause of the rule of law of the country.

Then, as a representative of the leaders of the cooperating institutions, Associate Professor Liu Qichuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of our school, expressed his gratitude to the Third Circuit for providing the interns with superior office and accommodation conditions, strong teaching force and rich training opportunities.

At the end of the meeting, Vice President Ma Yan, Deputy Party Secretary of the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court, on behalf of Vice President Gao Gao Hong, expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders of the institutions who have long cared for and supported the work of the Third Circuit, and warmly congratulated the students who had successfully completed their internship. He encouraged the students to deeply implement Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law, integrate their personal ideals into the dream of rule of law of the country, integrate their personal belief in rule of law into the grand blueprint of rule of law country, and let their youthful years glow in their dedication to the country and the people. We hope to build a better learning and practice platform for students with closer cooperation and tacit communication with universities, to be the dream builder of students and to cultivate excellent new-age rule of law talents for the Party and the country.
