On November 5, 2021, at the invitation of Jiangsu Provincial People's Procuratorate, Associate Professor Shan Pingji gave a special training lecture for the civil procuratorial system of Jiangsu Province. The theme of the training was New Development of the Rules on Financing Guarantees in the Civil Code. More than 200 representatives from the Jiangsu Provincial People's Procuratorate and the civil procuratorial system in Jiangsu Province attended the training.

In the three-hour lecture, Associate Professor Shan Pingji explained the development of guarantee rules, the subordination of guarantee, recovery between joint guarantees, external guarantee of company, validity of guarantee contract, legal consequences of invalid guarantee contract, counter-guarantee, atypical guarantee, etc., combined with the Civil Code, the interpretation of guarantee system, the Nine Civil Minutes and specific cases, and achieved good results.
