On December 5, 2021, the winners of the 8th Xiangjiang Youth Rule of Law Forum were announced. The 8th Xiangjiang Youth Rule of Law Forum, with the theme of Innovative Paths of Social Governance Rule of Law, invited 145 papers from young teachers, doctoral students and practical staff of universities across China. After the preliminary examination and review by the editorial committee, two first prizes, three second prizes and four third prizes were awarded.

    Among them, Dr. Liu Shuangyang's paper The Balance of Interests and the Judicial Boundary of the Crime of Infringing Citizens' Personal Information - Analysis from the Perspective of Personal Information that Has Been Made Public won the first prize, and Dr. Liu Hao's paper The Legal Benefit Content of the Crime of Throwing Objects from a Height and Its System Application won the third prize.
