On December 6, 2021, an expert validation meeting was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Law School of Jiulong Lake Campus for the opening of the annual project of the National Social Science Foundation for the year 2021. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Xiong Zhanglin, Vice Dean of Southeast University College of Law. Prof. Wang Chunye, Vice Dean of the College of Law of Hohai University, Prof. Ouyang Benqi, Dean of the College of Law of Southeast University, Associate Prof. Shan Pingji, Vice Dean of the College of Law of Southeast University, and Prof. Xiong Zhanglin, Vice Dean of the College of Law of Southeast University, came to the meeting as evaluation experts.

Professor Wang Lusheng, Deputy Director of Social Science Division of Southeast University, Professor Liu Qichuan, Associate Dean of Southeast University College of Law, Professor Hu Chaoyang, Associate Professor Qian Xiaoping, Associate Professor Liu Jianli, Associate Professor Liu Mingquan, Associate Professor Yu Wenjie, Associate Professor Feng Yuqing, Associate Professor of Southeast University College of Law, reported their opening reports. The experts made a lot of comments and suggestions on the technical aspects of the opening report. Finally, Professor Ouyang Benqi, the dean, encouraged everyone to produce more results and strive for early completion of the project.
