On December 26, 2021, the Xiamen University Intra-Party Regulations High-end Forum and the Third National Postgraduate Forum on Intra-Party Regulations in Colleges and Universities, sponsored by the Law School of Xiamen University and the Research Center for Intra-Party Regulations of Xiamen University, were successfully held. The forum received a total of 167 submissions from 78 universities and research institutes in 29 provinces and municipalities across the country, and a total of 50 papers were selected for this forum after academic review. Liu Jin, a doctoral student of our institute, and Wen Zi'an, a master's student, were invited to participate in this forum and won the Excellent Paper Award.

In the keynote report session, doctoral student Liu Jin made a report speech on "On the Constitutional Foundation and Practical Path of the New National System", pointing out that the new national system is an important institutional magic weapon for China's economic and social development, with a profound constitutional foundation and a strong organizational guarantee. The operation of the new national system needs to achieve central-local interaction under the decentralization model, democratic participation under the leadership of the government, and coordination of interests under the overall pattern, so as to give full play to its institutional advantages.
