The conference paper of the Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center of our institute, Prevention and Punishment of Job-related Crimes from the Perspective of National Governance Modernization, was officially published by Southeast University Press. This book is the third batch of anti-corruption think tank results launched by the Southeast Jurisprudence Wencun after the publication of Research on the Path, Model and Mechanism of Rule of Law Anti-Corruption (2017) and Innovation and Development: Research on the Reform of the Supervision Commission System (2018). The Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center of Southeast University is a professional think tank dedicated to anti-corruption research approved by the Department of Education of Jiangsu Province and established by Southeast University University, and is a key research base for philosophy and social sciences in Jiangsu universities, and was selected as a source think tank in the China Think Tank Index (CTTI) in 2017. This book is the text of the academic seminar on Experience of Corruption Governance in Transition Countries organized by the Anti-Corruption Rule of Law Research Center, and the selected papers cover four areas: anti-corruption criminal policy, reform of the national supervision system, corporate compliance and corruption prevention, and international cooperation against corruption. It is hoped that the publication of this book will provide a useful reference for deepening the theoretical research on corruption governance with Chinese characteristics and promoting the construction of the system and mechanism for corruption governance with Chinese characteristics.
