According to the requirements of the Notice of the Office of Provincial Education Department on the Declaration of the Research Projects of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Universities in 2022 (Su Education Office Social and Political Letter [2022] No. 3), a total of 182 major projects of philosophy and social sciences research in Jiangsu universities in 2022 have been approved to be established after recommendation by schools, selection by experts, public announcement and validation by the Provincial Education Department. Professor Ouyang Benqi of our college was approved as a major project.

It is reported that a total of 6 major projects have been approved for the whole university. The major projects of philosophical and social science research in Jiangsu universities are projects that focus on the major issues and realistic needs of the high-quality economic and social development of the country and our province, and strengthen the research on basic theories, academic frontiers and documentation that have an important role in promoting education reform and discipline development.
