On June 30, 2022, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Measures for Legal Research Topics of the Jiangsu Law Society and the Announcement of the Bidding for Legal Research Topics of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society in 2022, after review by the Academic Committee of the Provincial Law Society and the approval of the Provincial Law Society, it was decided to approve 42 projects, and the list of legal research topics of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society in 2022 was published on the website of the Jiangsu Law Society.

The Research on the Impact of the United States <Foreign Agents Registration Act>on Chinese Enterprises (project number: SFH2022D08) presided over by Professor Yi Bo of our institute was approved as a self-selected project, and the Research on the Judicial Responsibility Determination and Accountability Mechanism under the Threshold of Fair Justice (project number: SFH2022C01) presided over by Dr. Gu Xiuwen was approved as a youth project, and in the list of projects, only one doctoral student in the province was selected as the project moderator.

In recent years, our institute attaches great importance to scientific research work, strengthens academic leadership, adheres to the purpose of intersectionality, team-based, practical, and further consolidates the foundation of scientific research and discipline construction of the college. In the future, our institute will further combine the school's development strategy, condense and highlight the professional characteristics of the legal discipline, and continue to promote the cultivation of innovative and practical high-quality legal talents.
