In the afternoon of August 10, 2022, our teacher Liu Qichuan gave a special tutorial on Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law with the title of Profound Understanding and Grasp of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law at the 144th executive meeting of Nanjing Municipal Government. Comrade Xia Xinmin, Deputy Secretary of Nanjing Municipal Committee and Mayor, presided over the meeting.

Mr. Liu Qichuan gave a report on four levels, including the creation of Xi Jinping's thought on rule of law, the logical system, the core significance and the importance of Xi Jinping's thought on rule of law government construction. Subsequently, Mayor Xia Xinmin gave high praise to Mr. Liu Qichuan's report, pointing out that the lecture content was high level, in-depth, systematic and comprehensive interpretation of the essence of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, especially combined with the practice of rule of law in Nanjing, gave the path of guiding the construction of rule of law government with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. Mayor Xia Xinmin asked the comrades to fully understand the significance of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice, to put it into practice, to continuously improve the ability to use rule of law thinking and rule of law to deepen reform, promote development, resolve conflicts, maintain stability and cope with risks, to accelerate the process of comprehensive rule of law, and to continuously improve the level of construction of rule of law government.
