According to the Announcement of the Public Announcement of the Ministry-level Legal Research Subjects of the Chinese Law Society for 2022, as of May 31, the Chinese Law Society has received 1042 applications for ministerial-level legal research subjects, of which 680 valid applications have entered the expert review process. On August 24, the party group meeting of the Chinese Law Society approved the establishment of 191 ministerial-level legal research topics for 2022, including 79 funded topics (including 2 major topics). The list of 191 law research projects at the ministerial level for the year 2022, including 79 funded projects (including 2 major projects, 12 key projects, 57 general projects, 6 youth research projects, and 2 basic research incentive projects) and 112 self-selected projects.
