Our Associate Professor Yang Zhiqiong and others won awards in the 19th Yangtze River Delta Law Forum

On October 10, 2022, the final evaluation committee of the 19th Yangtze River Delta Law Forum officially announced the winners of the papers, and our associate professor Yang Zhiqiong won the first prize, while Zhao Yi and Fang Junqi won the second prize respectively. The Yangtze River Delta Jurisprudence Forum is guided by the Chinese Law Society and co-sponsored by four provincial law societies, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui. The 19th Yangtze River Delta Law Forum was hosted by Anhui Law Society, and the theme of the forum was: In-depth Study and Implementation of Xi Jinping's Thought on Rule of Law, Creating a First-class Rule of Law Business Environment.

Yang Zhiqiong's article Reinterpretation of Data Crime System Based on the Legal Benefits of Data Security won the first prize of the 19th Yangtze River Delta Law Forum.

Zhao Yi's On the Reasonable Treatment of Personal Information Disclosure in accordance with the Law and Fang Junqi's Typology and Criminal Law Regime of New Types of Internet Infringement won the second prize of the 19th Yangtze River Delta Jurisprudence Forum respectively.

This award is the only first prize in Jiangsu Province; Jiangsu Province has won three second prizes, and our institute has two of them, which highlights the basic concept of our institute of scientific research. It is reported that the forum collected a total of 1247 papers, the forum organizing committee selected a total of 119 excellent papers after the initial evaluation and submitted to the Chinese Law Society's membership department, the Chinese Law Society's membership department for thesis academic misconduct detection, after testing a total of 119 papers meet the requirements, can enter the final evaluation. Zhang Sujun, member of the party group and vice president of the Chinese Law Society, Du Yanlin, vice dean of the Law School of Jilin University, Huang Wenyi, editor-in-chief of the Chinese Law Journal and dean of the Law School of Renmin University of China, Jiang Qibo, director of the Research Office of the Supreme People's Court, Mo Jihong, member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Law Society and director of the Institute of Law of the Academy of Social Sciences, Song Hualin, dean of the Law School of Nankai University, Wu Dahua, secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy of Social Sciences of Guizhou Province, and Xie Hongfei, researcher of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and director of the Civil Law Department, eight experts, scholars and journal editors served as judges.
