On November 6, 2022, sponsored by the National Center for Collaborative Innovation of Judicial Civilization, Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University Center for Collaborative Innovation of Judicial Civilization, Zhejiang University Institute of Maple Bridge Experience in the New Era, Zhejiang Institute of Maple Bridge Experience in the New Era The 10th National Postdoctoral Forum on Judicial Civilization was held in Fengqiao College, Zhuji, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. Geng Siyuan, a doctoral student of 2022, was invited to participate in the forum, and his paper Modernization of Chinese Rule of Law in the Perspective of Modern State Construction won the first prize of the forum and gave a keynote speech in the first unit.

In the first session, Dr. Geng Siyuan spoke on the theme of Chinese Rule of Law Modernization in the Context of Modern State Construction. He elaborated on the practical connection, normative expression and theoretical logic between the history of modern Chinese state construction and the evolution and development of Chinese rule of law modernization. He argued that the historical process and practice of Chinese rule of law modernization have always guided and promoted the development of Chinese rule of law modernization, and that Chinese rule of law modernization has distinctive state-led characteristics, and the image of strong state has always been prominent. The development theme, development goal and development path of modern Chinese state construction are not necessary to promote Chinese style rule of law modernization.

 Prof. Jiang Bixin, Vice Chairman of the Constitution and Law Committee of the National People's Congress, Vice President of the Chinese Law Society, Researcher Li Lin, Member of the Academic Department of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, President of the Jurisprudence Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, Professor Wang Liming of Renmin University of China, Convener of the Law Discipline Review Group of the State Council, Vice President of the Chinese Law Society, President of the Civil Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, Professor Chen Guangzhong and Professor Zhang Baosheng of the China University of Political Science and Law. Prof. Wang Shuyi and Prof. Feng Guo of Wuhan University, and Prof. Li Yuji, President of Gansu University of Political Science and Law, served as members of the Steering Committee. More than 50 PhD students and post-docs from Renmin University of China, Wuhan University, Jilin University, China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, Chongqing University, Shandong University, University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Nanjing Normal University and other universities were invited to participate in the forum in the form of online and offline after the communication review. A total of 5 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 16 excellent prizes were awarded.
