The 2022 annual meeting of Academic Affairs Management Committee of Jiangsu Higher Education Management Research Association was held in Changshu from November 23 to 25, 2022, with representatives from 108 universities in the province. The second and third model faculty members and the first excellent faculty management workers of Jiangsu general undergraduate institutions were commended and awarded at the meeting. Ms. Wang Weiwei, a teaching assistant of our college, was awarded the second model teaching staff of Jiangsu general undergraduate institutions.

Ms. Wang Weiwei has served as a faculty member for 9 years, and is also the secretary of the administrative party branch of the college, and is devoted to her work and dedication to teachers and students. She always pays attention to students with learning difficulties and maintains the performance of zero dropout and zero repetition of academic registration audit. During the epidemic, she stayed on duty and was awarded as an Outstanding Volunteer against the Epidemic. Using her own profession, she has a good grasp of the law training program and curriculum system, and is familiar with the rules and regulations of the school's academic affairs operation and academic registration management. In 2015, she won the second prize in the teaching and academic affairs knowledge competition. Continuously explore new ways of academic affairs work. Cooperate with the development of relevant teaching management system, assist students to participate in the national Challenge Cup competition and win the only Grand Prize in the law group, participate in the declaration of the law major to be selected as the first national first-class undergraduate law major construction site and brand major in Jiangsu Province. He has made great efforts to carry out research on education and teaching. He has independently published many papers on education management and participated in many educational reform projects at the Ministry of Education, Jiangsu Province and the university level, among which the project he participated in in 2021 was approved as the first national research and reform practice project of the Ministry of Education. He has been awarded three scholarships and honors such as Active Member of Trade Union and Excellent Communist Party Member, and the activity planned to celebrate the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Party was awarded the best Party Day activity by the Party Committee of the university. He has made outstanding contributions to the construction of a national first-class undergraduate law program in his ordinary position.

I hope that all teachers and students will follow the example of Ms. Wang Weiwei, be vigorous, practice the concept of moral education, students are the first in their ordinary work, firmly establish the consciousness of serving teachers and students, and make concerted efforts to promote the construction of a new pattern of cultivating leading talents in law at Southeast University.
