In recent years, under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the majority of legal practitioners in Jiangsu Province have earnestly studied and implemented Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law, insisted on linking theory with practice, innovated and promoted research on jurisprudence theory and rule of law practice, and achieved fruitful results. In order to summarize and commend the achievements of the research on jurisprudence theory and rule of law practice in Jiangsu Province, the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society started to organize the fifth Jiangsu Provincial Law Excellent Achievement Award in August 2022.
On December 14, the special deployment meeting for the study and propaganda of the 20th CPC National Congress was held in Nanjing for the law society system of the province, and the meeting was held in a combination of online and offline. At the meeting, Jiangsu Provincial Law Society honored the winners of the 5th Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Achievement Award, and several teachers of our school were awarded this prize. Among them, one first prize, four second prizes, two third prizes, a total of seven achievements won the recognition, the specific list is as follows

Professor Yang Dengfeng's Jurisprudential Analysis of the Experimental Authorization System of Administrative Reform published in Chinese Social Sciences in September 2018 won the first prize.
Second Prize
Professor Xiao Bing and Associate Professor Yu Wenjie's Study on Chinese Phenomena and Chinese Problems in WTO Dispute Settlement published in Law Press in October 2020 won the second prize.
Associate Dean Xiong Zhanglin's Power Hanging Up: A New Variation of Administrative Organization Law published in Chinese Jurisprudence in January 2018 won the second prize.
Director Liang Yunbao of the Department of Criminal Law won the second prize for The Position of Property Crime Occupation: A Moderated Concept of De Facto Possession published in Chinese Jurisprudence in May 2016.
Associate Professor Yi Bo's Analysis of the Pros and Cons of the Current Designation of Foreign Sovereign Immunity Law and Suggestions published in July 2020 in China Law Journal won the second prize.
Third Prize
Associate Dean Liu Qichuan's Legal Logic of Liability List Preparation published in Chinese Jurisprudence in October 2018 won the third prize.
Xu Minchuan, Associate Researcher, won the Third Prize for On the Definition of the Act of Providing Works on the Internet published in Chinese and Foreign Law in April 2022.
