Sponsored by the Center for Mental Health Education of Southeast University and undertaken by the School of Law of Southeast University, the “Moisturizing the Soul, Walking Together in the Sunshine” Mental Essay Contest was successfully held. This activity is guided by the spirit of the document “Notice of the Provincial Education Department on Organizing and Carrying out ‘Moisturizing the Soul, Walking Together in the Sunshine’ Mental Health Education Activity”, integrating mental health education into the whole process of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education, and promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of building up morals and educating people with interactive, experiential, and immersion education activities. Many excellent essays stood out in this competition, students told their own growth in their own language, wrote the meaning of “Moisturizing the Soul, Walking Together in the Sunshine” with the tip of the pen, and conveyed the power of touching the heart.
