Let's enjoy the 2024 graduation party of Southeast University Law School together.


We will see the sky and the earth in the bright law, and set sail for the mountains and the sea in Wenrui. In order to celebrate the 122nd anniversary of the founding of Southeast University, the 2024 Southeast University Law School Graduation Party and the Music Party Class for Teachers, Students and Alumni to Welcome the University Day were successfully held as scheduled under the guidance of the leaders and teachers of the Law School and the sponsorship of China Construction Yibei Group Construction and Development Co.

Coinciding with the first Southeast University Alumni Homecoming, in addition to all the students of the Law School, this event also invited more than 40 alumni of the Law School and alumni family members to come to the party site to enjoy this audio-visual feast together.

The event was sponsored by China Construction First Bureau Group Construction Development Co., Ltd. and three representatives of the group came to the scene, namely, He Lei, Deputy Secretary of East China Branch of China Construction First Bureau Construction Development, Shao Yuqi, Manager of Comprehensive Management Department of East China Branch, and Yu Yin, Legal Organiser of East China Branch. The representatives observed the whole performance, which made the atmosphere of the whole evening party more enthusiastic.

Prologue

01 Dance Supernova

Supernova means supernova. The spirited teenagers are like the most splendid supernova in the night sky, burning with their hot youth, chasing after endless dreams, and blossoming with the most dazzling and brightest light!

Wang Jiangtao, Min Xintong, Deng Ying and Liu Jingjing from Evolution Street Dance Club opened the party with an opening dance Supernova.

Before the official start of the event, Professor Liu Qichuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School, firstly made an opening speech for the graduation party. First of all, Professor Liu Qichuan sent the most sincere congratulations to the graduates who are about to step into a new stage of their lives, saying that the students' time in the School of Law is a valuable period of knowledge accumulation, collision of ideas, and ability to exercise, and graduation is a new starting point, and expects you to continue to learn, and has always been adhering to the School of Law's temperature to be a person, and the sharpness to do things spirit. Finally, Professor Liu Qichuan pointed out that the alma mater is an eternal harbour for all of us, and the Law School of Southeast University will always be the home of all the law students of Southeast University.

Afterwards, Mr He Lei, Deputy Secretary of China Construction and Development East China Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the sponsors of the event. Deputy Secretary He Lei said that he was very honoured to participate in this activity on behalf of China Construction First Bureau Group Construction and Development Company Limited, and was also very pleased to feel such a youthful atmosphere. CCB will continue to adhere to the concept of educating people for the Party and the country, strengthen the communication with Southeast University and the Law School of Southeast University, and endeavour to open a new chapter of university-enterprise collaboration. On the journey of life, no matter what the storms are, we can be like this musical instrument, sounding out without drums and resonating in all directions.

Zhou Hanyu from the Law School of Southeast University sang the solo song No Drum, No Sound.

The reeds are light and tough, and in the wind and rain, the teenagers are firm in their beliefs and go forward. The reeds swaying with the wind, free and easy, teenagers will bid farewell to the campus, to meet the broad stage, the courage to explore the unknown, dreaming forward.

The song At This Moment sung by Mr Liu Qichuan and Mr Xiong Zhanglin conveyed the deep wishes for our future glory days and sent out the endless expectations for our growth journey.

05 Magic Return to the Beginning

Returning to the Beginning, with its profound meaning, symbolises the return to the original heart and the firm adherence to the origin, which leads us to go back to the source of our heart, to regain the original purity and persistence, and to always bear in mind our starting point and mission.

Wang Zhengshuai's performance transformed the word return to the beginning into a breathtaking magic feast, in which every change seemed to tell a story about returning to the original heart and never forgetting the original intention.

06 Song This life is not to be exchanged

The years we spent with our alma mater are like poems and pictures, engraved in our hearts, not to be changed in this life; the teachings of our mentors are like a bright light guiding us forward, and we are grateful for them, not to be changed in this life; the friendship and memories among our classmates are like the bright stars decorating the night sky, not to be forgotten in this life, not to be changed in this life.

Wang Jingwen, a PhD student of Class 2022, brought the song This life will not be replaced, may we all remember each other and the student days that will not be replaced in this life.

At the end of the first chapter of the programme, it was time for the most exciting lucky draw. Teacher Gao Ge of the Law School, Manager Shao Yuqi of CCAA and alumnus Shen Dingcheng of Grade 13 of the Research Division of the Law Society of Jiangsu Province came on the stage, drew 15 lucky audience members and offered their blessings to all of us who graduated.

 On the road of growing up, we are all the brave lion teenagers, carrying dreams and moving forward. Teenagers are like lions, on the magnificent journey of pursuing dreams, drawing a picture scroll full of fervour and weaving a piece of exciting and progressive youth epic.

Huang Chaoyang, Deng Jiasheng, Xia Wenke, Zhang Xuanbo, Wang Yitong, Wang Hongbo students brought the voice-over show Lion Boys with the voice of the school's deep friendship, with the language of commitment to the school's belief in eternity.

09 Song Invisible Wings

In the journey of life, there is always a pair of invisible wings to help us fly through the thorny bushes of difficulties and cross the treacherous mountains of frustration. These invisible wings are both the anchor of faith and the sail of the boat of dreams.

Zhang Yue and Zhang Yunhao, the two class teachers, used the song Invisible Wings to send the most sincere encouragement to the students who are about to embark on a new journey.

At the end of the song, Mr Zhang Yue and Mr Zhang Yunhao gave out dolls full of blessings to express their good wishes to the graduates. Teacher Zhang Yue gave everyone his favourite lyrics from the song Invisible Wings, wishing that a pair of invisible wings would grow in everyone's heart, to take you flying, to give you hope, to fly through despair. Mr Zhang Yunhao recited Su Shi's masterpiece Dingfengbo, hoping that when students cross various hurdles and climb higher mountains, they can maintain such a comfortable state of mind, Bamboo staff and shoes are lighter than horses, who is afraid?  The moon in front of the window is the same as usual, but the plum blossom is different. The alumni and children of the teaching staff brought the song Little Beauty to the students.

In the second round of lucky draw, Mr Chen Lei, a Grade 16 alumnus from Beijing Pacific Century Group (Changzhou) Law Firm, brought good luck to the students, and six students won the third prize. After the lucky draw session, Chen Lei alumni sent his warmest wishes again and put forward the most ardent hope: he wished the students to cross a hurdle and run towards their gorgeous life, and he also hoped that the students would not forget their original intention and be a responsible person to themselves, their families and the society.

Wang Meng, Wu Boyu, Hao Zihao students brought the erhu trio One Step Away, so that the tango and the erhu collision, national instruments and Spanish famous songs blend with each other, presenting a different kind of splendour.

16 Song Crosstalk

There are so many people in this world, how fortunate to meet each other. Now, we will say goodbye for the time being, seek the light and go on singing, and hope that when we meet again, we will be in a higher place in our lives, and laugh about the long time, the wind and the rain.

17 Dance Diamond

18 Song Into the Sea

 Time will answer growth, growth will answer dreams, dreams will answer life, life will answer what you and I look like. I hope that the teenagers will not grow old, the partners will be frank and sincere, the road to this place will be full of flowers, and when we meet again, we will be in love as in the beginning, and you and I will be able to dance with starlight.

At the end of the performance, Zheng Yi, Huang Yihong, Sun Li, Shen Lilin students brought us a chorus song into the sea, may graduates with dreams and courage, leap into the sea of people, each with their own wind and rain brilliant.

At the end of the evening party, there was a lucky draw for the first and grand prizes, in which alumnus Cao Haibing was invited to draw the lucky winners of this round. After the lucky draw, the graduation party came to an end with the thunderous applause of teachers, students and alumni.

The cycle of the four fortunes turns, the cold and the summer are inherited from each other.
